so friday was the last day of school. students went to school to attend the prize giving assembly. sat in the hall for 2 hrs! ughhh. after it ended, we went home and a few of us headed to the spring after tht. to catch a movie and go shoppingg! met tons of lodgians there! so after the movie and all the shopping, the girls followed my car to go to 175 degrees cafe for 4c's class party! the food was ok ans overall the party was awesome! ;) a few ppl didnt make it. :( but its ok we still love u guys! hahha. and guess wht? mr. liong attended our class party tooo! having him there was so much fun! im gonna miss 4C man! D: anyways, pics are on the way, so im gonna post the pics next time! ;)

Yesterday was sooo much fun! Yeppers, i have to tell the world about it, or whoever is reading.
Movie Day! Whoot!
Watched Uninvited at Raye's house, zomggeee Serena and Poyce Poyce were like speakers (they screamed at the same time and at the non-scary scenes, bunch of losers they are) bbbuutt the electricity was out when we were at the kancheong part. Passed time by playing Cluedo and karaoke-ing, lol we hit sooo many wrong notes, Raye's lousy guitar playing didnt help much either. We were sooo geram when we found out that the electricity was back on while we were still crooning songs out there. Watched part of G.I. Joe and Serena went back to my place. (that was where she wrote the funkeee post)

i knw its kinda late to talk about the mooncake festival now bt i didnt had the chance to blog about it earlier. so yeah im gonna blog about it now.. hehee. so i went ovr to elaine's and then we went to the friendship park to light up our beautiful lanternss. hahah. had lots of funn. met lots of ppl too. and all the trees were decorated beautifully with lanterns. lol. so after tht we walked back to elaine's and we had the worse walk evr. knw why? there were many many dogs! :S hahaah. anyways, we went back to her house and we talked and ate junk foodd. october has been a really happening and fun month. lots of events and parties and hanging outt. the best thing about october is my birthdayy! hahaha. perasann. nah just kidding. ok so firstly, sorry for the lack of updates. lol. it has been a really busy month for me and my other beloved frens so we didnt have the time to update. :) hehe. okkk, so on the 9th oct i had a small mini bday party at oregano. the place was nice and small and could only fit 24 ppl. so at 7.30 evryone started coming and rene rene was the first to reach. and the VIPs who came late were the four guyss. haihh fashionably late man. lol so yeahh. it was funn i guess? and i hope evryone enjoyed themselves! hahahah. and i LOVE the presentss. thanks guys! ;) okay enough about my bday. hmmm. next im gonna talk about my EXAMS! so the form 4ians had their exams for 3 weeks! i could tell tht almost all the ppl in 4C were really stressed outt. hahahaha. makes me nervous when i see their faces :/ LOL. moving on, after exam a group of us went to spring to watch a movie and to shopp and see aroundd. hahah. it was really fun and many funny things happened! hahaha. met lots of lodgiansss. okk. after tht on the 29th oct, a surprise party for kim was held. the theme was black, white and red. it was held at BASAGA. so yeah, it was another fun nightt! evryone enjoyed themselves! hahaha. and we had the best game evr. lol. i'll explain the game nxt time. lazy now. hahaha. oh ya! not forgetting our field trip to telekom too! okk, so the form4s went to telekom for a short talk. it turned out quite fun tho. haha. so im gonna end this post with picturess ;)

Nat Choo's Smokin M16!

Not a very original title i must admit but that's what is written on her card-slash-pretty A4 colour paper.
My Nat Nat Choo Choo Tissue's birthday was on the 9th on this month and was held at Oregano. (sounds like a bit out of the brochure right? xD)
Joyce, Lily, Licia and I reached there pretty early, second only to Nana and Raye and of course Nat. She looked gorge with her tresses curled and donning a black polka-dotted dress with tights. (Dont trust a ho, whoo Daniel Ho!)

Because i dont have a FB acc, i stole this from Licia.

So to stop myself from making this post a verbose one, i'll sum up the night in several sentences.

It was the whole course -drools-

Began with Cream of Mushroom Soup, followed by the Caesar Salad, Fish/Chicken (POTATOESSSSS! ;]) and lastly CAKEEEE! (that deserved caps) Lol, kenak punish cos we ate before Nat...kantoi! Will add more pictures if i can find them.

so i guess its time for a update on my raya hols. it was the most busy raya holiday of all! on saturday, i went to swinburne for the leo orientation. it was really fun and i gt to knw lotsa ppl ! there were a lot of singing and games which made it fun. then on sunday, i went to anwar's house together with 7 other ppl squashed in a car. really funn. then met chiahsyin and her sister and her sister's frens there. then after tht we went to springg. to walk around and wanted to watch a movie. bt the time wasnt suitable for us. then we went to eat a little at secret recipe. then on monday, i went to faara's house withh my parents and met clare and diandra there. camwhored a little. then amelia arrived. on wednesday a few of us went to serena's apartment. we went to watch gamer at star! the movie was okay i think? :) hahaa. then we went to giant to buy some food. and later tht day we went to topspot to have dinner. yiying alicia and joyce came along with a box of donuts. hahaa. then we went back to the apartment to talk and went home at 10. :) thurs friday sat and sunday were all about hmwks! :( anyways, pictures time!

I once went through a phase to start writing lyrics and making up tunes for it. I know it sounds stupid and i can imagine some ppl go, "geez vivian, that's dumb." But I confess, i LIKED it. I like writing down lyrics to express how i feel. I like making smooth melody and sometimes playing the chords on the piano to see how it sounds like. But for some reason, I gave up because like other people, I myself also thought that this is lame. I mean, who do i think i am? Mariah Carey's kid? Jeez, get real Viv. You don't even live in L.A.

so..today i went to spring with hazel, fira, chiahsyin, alvin and daniel..so obviously we went there to watch a movie. bfore the movie, fira, hazel, chiahsyin and i went over to kluang station to have other dinner first since fira had to buka puasa. haha. met lots of ppl. and MISS TEO was there! haha. so after eating and walking and all..we went to the cinemaa..it was so crowded and the cinema is just so awesome. first time in how many yearss kuching actually finally have a nice cinema! hah. so yeah we watched the ugly truth. it was darn funny and nice i tell u! it's a MUST to watch this movie. hahah. so much better than final destination..according to almost everyone who watched it. :) after the movie, fira & i followed chiahsyin back to her house to wait for our cars to come. and we did the same old stuff, camwhore! hahaha.

hi guys. sorry i din update for so long. i din want this blog to be 'dead' so here i am.

okay.....i think i'll introduce you guys to my small collection of lipgloss...as you know, yours truly clearly has an obsession with what you girls would call "shiny, oily-looking goo".

NUMBER 1:

This is Mac's Ample Pink Plushglass. See? It looks so cool that MAC won't call it something common and predictable like 'Lipgloss". I (heart) the casing, (heart) the colour but hate the tingling sensation that makes my lips feel like it's burning. When i apply it on for the first time, I was intoxicated by the sweet chocolate aroma, yesss...this gloss provides a chocolate scent which i think Tiff will like, and this annoying warm tingling to my lips. I was so freaked out. I thought i was allergic to this gloss or sth. But when i checked online, I found out that plushglass was SUPPOSE to tingle(they call it a warm vanilla booze,blechhh) and the point of the tingle is to make the lip look plumper. The colour is pretty, you know...and this is how my lips will look.....

FYI, this is NOT my lips. It's what I found from google. :D

NUMBER 2:

Introducing.......

MAC'S Cultured Lipglass! Yes, I have this too. The good news about this gloss, IT DOESNT TINGLE! YAY! It provides a vanilla aroma and the colour is the type that has subtle glitter but brings maximum shine to the lips. Oh, and it's also very very pink. Trust me, my skin tone doesn't correspond to the colour. But Ample Pink does though.

Next on the list,

L'Occitane's Cherry Blossom gloss. The colour, when applied to the lips, is kind of transparent. It has no glitter (obviously) but has this really sweet cherry candy scent. I just j'adore the smell. This gloss is the one i used the most so far as the shine it gives doesn't show that I'm flashy but natural.

Lastly...

THE FACE SHOP'S Fruits jelly Tube. I don't even know what flavour isit. This gloss is the one i bought while shopping with the girls. Unfortunately, I used this tube the least(around once or twice) and this gloss is wayyyyyyyyyy cheaper than the rest.

So yea....that's all for my lipgloss intro. Gotta go watch ANTM. byezzz....

so i've not updated in quite awhile so..this is gonna be quite a long post.

ON FRIDAY, i went over to hazel's at about 6. we did all the stuff tht we could do to kill time and the boredom. we gossiped, curled my hair and fooled around. then at around 9, kenny came to fetch us to c121. kenny was speaking his indian language tht i couldnt understand a thing at all. so yeah we met up with chiahsyin, henry and elaine for supper at c121. oh yeah! we went for supper bcause it was kenny's last night in kuching bfore he left for kedah. :( hehe. so yeah we talked and ate bla bla bla. haha. yeah then we went home and it was the end of the night. :) lol...

ON SATURDAY, me, fira, shahiran, daniel and alvin went out for dinner at lyn's. then we walked to hilton to see the ballroom for the prefect night thingy. bcause fira wants to see it. then we went to little lebanon bcause the guys wanted to shisha. so yeah. fira and I just talked while they were shisha-ingg. lol. then later alvin's bro billy came ovr to join us. then at 10++ fira sent me back to my grand's house and tht's the end of the night too.

ON SUNDAY, nothing happened.

Hi guys. Thank you so much for your support when i went up there. At first i was nervous but after hearing all that applause, i immediately relaxed. I thank the people who believed in me when i din even believe in myself.

This is what happened before the competition during the teabreak:

1. Talked to my mum for a bit. yes...she was there.

2. Tried out the mike.

3. Rehearsed a little bit.

4. Tried not to freak out.

5. Linda and Alicia came up to me and 'absorb' away all my stress. (thanks guys!)

6. Went to the toilet.

This is what happened just seconds before my name was called.

Vivian squeezed Maggie's hand. (I thank Maggie for not wincing in pain.)

Vivian : Maggie, do u KNOW that next is ME?????

Maggie : Vivian, calm down. You can do this.....

Vivian : ahhhhh....do you know how good are those people?

Maggie : Just have fun out there, okay?

Kim : Moving on, is Vivian Tong from 4C.....

This is what happened when i was up there facing you guys:

1. Relaxed after hearing the applause.

2. Smiled at the crowd.

3. Talked in front of the audience.

4. Say thank you.

This is what happened after the whole thing ended:

1. Tried to shake hands with every single one the participants (hehe...but only managed to shake hands with Maggie, Pei Chen, Daniel and Adrian)

2. Shook hands/ hugged everyone.

3. Screamed my head off with Alicia for 5-8 seconds.

Yea...this is basically what happened. Once again, i thanked ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!!

Conclusion about the whole thing:

1. Giving a speech while looking at Mrs. Ngu calms me down.

2. Wearing Brandon's watch is good luck.

so on saturday i went to the leo installtion 09 which was held at the banquet..hazel, kim, daniel, matt, eldarius and peichen performed..they did a really great job! the food was okay nth special..and the singings were amazingg..hw i wish i had a voice like theirs..ahahah.dream on man..the best part of the installation was the end of it..bcause it was the footloose! everyone was dancing around like crazy! anyways..here are some pictures.not much..:)

(cough)(cough) down with fever and cough. flu germs haven't invade my body system yet. You know what? it's so funny. When the whole class (20 people) were sick, me and tiff were okay. But over the weekends, Tiff and I got sick. (cough)(cough)(COUGH!) When my friends were sick, i was thinking, "yay! my immune system is fantastic...." until that unfortunate friday night in pbk tuition. I started having dry coughs. i thank my family for urging me to bring water to tuition that night and i also thank the girl sitting beside me giving me cough drops (it wasn't really cough drops...just the kind of sweet that stopped you from coughing temporarily. it was seriously nice of her to do that as i don't even know her.) on Saturday, i had slight sore throat, cough and a temperature of 36.6 degree Celsius. On sunday morning, which is now, my body felt heavy, i had a fever, i still cough like mad and you know what? I CAN'T EVEN UNSCREW A WATER BOTTLE! really, it's true. i was so weak. even my lips went scarily dry (which gave me excuse to wear lip gloss). but after around 7 bottles of mineral water, medicine and some oatmeal, i seem to gain back my energy but of course, i had to remain in bed. luckily i had my laptop to keep me company. *whispers*actually, i don't think im suppose to go on9 now....oh welllll.....
ta-ta ppl! make sure you guys drink loads of water to prevent yourself from the germs. bye!~!

i knw its kinda late to blog about saturday now..but whatever! okay, so last saturday i had to wake up at 6 something to get ready for the leo leadership training in sch..some of us had to arrive there earlier to get ready the stations and all..hazel, angel & i were the securities..basically our job was to look after the belongings and handphones of the leos..it was kinda fun actually..there were 8 or 9 games i think? not really sure..as the games went on..the securities start to feel bored and tired..hahahha..so this whole leadership thing ended at about eleven something i think? yeahh..the prize of this game thing was a whole box of junk food!

so after tht i went home took a bath and slept for half an hour only and after tht i had to rush to spring to meet up with a couple of frens to cele alicia's bdayy! we shopped around and saw three teachers! miss elaine, cikgu anita and her kids and miss felicia and her bf! goin to spring was like goin to sch man..there were lodgians everywhere..umm, so at 5 something to 6 more and more ppl start to appear for alicia's bday..some hobo didnt managed to come leh..tht perverted tiff lo! ishh..the group of people includes, myself, alicia, yiying, shirley, pc, joyce, raymond, serena, ivan, sylvester, jordan, felix and vivian! hehehe..altogether there were 13 of us..big group eyy..so the whole load of us went to secret recipe to have our dinner and we saw elaine there with her mother and sister..oh yeahh! a few of us bought this really huge bear for alicia! its so cutee! heheheh..okay i shall shut my mouth now and let the pictures do the workk..

Yay, finally watched the movie. Go go go go Nick!

HSM pales in comparison..for goodness sake, Zac Efron didn't even sing in the first movie..apparently he claims to in the 2nd and 3rd installment..hah bet you left the part on using voice enhances out eh?

Basically, it tells a story of a young aspiring rockstar (Nolan Gerard Funk, and yes he CAN sing..WELL) who finally found where his heart lies . Yep, 1 hour and 30 minutes summed up in a sentence.I've got to hand it to Nick...great songs, simple story plot..and oh yeah, a cast that can ACTUALLY sing...Tammin Sursok, the leading actress can sing better than Vanessa..whee surprise there? did i leave out the fact that they can sing? and dance? guess so huh?

I downloaded the OST and found it awesome.,..yay it got the top spot in itunes..that's how good it is lol. Catch this flick if you feel like watching a musical or if you're wanting some motivation (inspiring!)

so today we had a talk on love, sex and life..Dr. Ligaya from the philippines gave the talk..her accent is rather sexy and funny..LOL..it was kinda interesting at the beginning then it got boring towards the end..

hmmm..oh yeah! we had this short addmath test after the afternoon break..it was easy actually..but i didnt knw which damn formula to apply..so there's a huge possibility tht i would fail..whtever lah!

today some of the leos including me had a short meeting during lunch time..it was about the leo leadership thingy on saturdayy..and im looking forward to it..i hope its gonna be fun! =) saturday's gonna be quite a busy day for me..you'll see..

so last week after exams serena, tiff, chiahsyin, crystine, elaine and i went to watch transformers..it was awesome..and i love love love BUMBLEBEE! its just so cutee and hot! LOL..who say robots cant be hot? lol..okay back to the topic..umm..so its was two and a half hours too i guess? im not sure..i didnt watch the ending bcause elaine's car was here and we had to leave bcause some of us followed her car home..and and and MEGAN FOX is the only reason why ppl watch transformers esp the guys..they dont watch the movie for the sake of watching the movie, they just watch the movie for the sake of megan fox! i knw crazy right..anyways, i love the movie bcause of bumblebee! and SHIA LABEOUF and JOSH DUHAMEL is kinda cute and hot too! dont yu think so?? =)

so today chiahsyin, hazel, lynsee, darius, crystine, chiahsyin's brother and I went to star cineplex to watch harry potter..the crowd was crazy like hell..and it was so hot and stuffy..the movie was suppose to start at 7.30pm but it was retimed to 7.45pm and the movie lasted for about two and a half hours? yeahh..so the movie finished at about 10 something..then chiahsyin's dad came to pick us up frm star to chiahsyin's house then we camwhored for a bit..then i went home at about eleven or eleven something i guess? so overall the movie was okay and sad at the end bcause dumbledore died.. :( sad.
